未就醫僅關家中 16歲少年隨機砍人

周姓少年在住家附近隨機殺人，在住家被捕，母親看他被警方被上銬帶走，才知道兒子闖下大禍，他的母親一路從警局陪伴到法院，相當憂心，少年母親說他都把少年關在家裡，不讓他出門，沒想到就出事。

兒子被法院裁定收容，等了一天的媽媽傷心又無奈，時而用包包遮著臉，時而快步和律師離開台北地院，周姓少年深夜在住家隨機傷人後，回到家中在母親面前被帶上手銬，擔心兒子肚子餓，周媽媽一早就帶吃的到警局給他。

很訝異也不明白兒子說是買個宵夜，竟然去會傷害人，就怕兒子會出事，她說平常都不讓兒子出門，已經發覺異樣，周姓少年的家人卻把他關在家中，卻沒有及早就醫或尋求社會相關協助，釀成憾事發生。
