【消夜文】先壓又滾再揉

蜂蜜檸檬汁有什麼稀奇?但Mike就是能把這種無聊的飲品變得很有趣,他說:「先把檸檬壓一壓、滾一滾、揉一揉,讓檸檬變軟較容易榨汁,為了避免檸檬籽掉入杯中,可用叉子叉住切半的檸檬果肉,擠出來的籽就會被叉子擋住。」
 
想要氣味更清香,可刨點檸檬皮末,再放幾片薄荷葉。他突然拍掌,原來呀,把薄荷拍一下,更能釋放那股清涼的味道呢。

蜂蜜檸檬薄荷
材料:檸檬半顆、蜂蜜1大匙、薄荷葉少許、水適量
做法:檸檬擠汁,加水拌勻,放入蜂蜜攪拌,刨入檸檬皮末,放入在手掌上拍打過的薄荷葉即可。
