北宜直鐵路廊敲定 估省38分

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北22日電）交通部鐵路改建工程局今天下午開會，敲定「北宜直鐵」路廊，全長53公里，建兩座長隧道，預估自強號台北到宜蘭可省38分鐘。

鐵工局副局長唐繼宏說，「北宜直鐵」路廊有兩個評估方案，第1案從台北南港到宜蘭頭城南端，全長36.3公里，建3座隧道，總長32.8公里；不過，因會經過翡翠水庫集水區，未被採納。

第2案獲地方政府與學者專家共識，從台北南港站到頭城站南端，全長53公里，建兩座長隧道共35.8公里，另新建兩座車站，包括與雙溪站共構的雙溪新站、烏石港站，還將改建大溪、龜山及頭城車站。

唐繼宏說，現在北迴鐵路路線較彎曲，部分路段坡度也比較大，自強號從台北至宜蘭行車時間要85分鐘，北宜直鐵完工後，估計可縮短到47分鐘，節省38分鐘。

鐵工局預計花1年時間做「北宜直鐵」環境影響評估，通過環評並由行政院核定後，再做細部設計，現階段還未訂出完工時間。1030422
