12000Mah行動電源問題((20點

我去年(2013)買了一個$210的行動電源(12000Mah)
型號如下:
Model:SH-01
CAPACITY:12000Mah
---------------------------------------------------------------
而我的手機是S3mini 電池容量是1500Mah的
我總共用了行動電源2次(都是充手機)
可是第一次充到一半就沒電了
接下來把行動電源拿去充後大概充了6小時
第二次充電是隔行動電源充完後4個多月
充不到一半就沒電了
Q1:請問我買的是會漏電還是怎樣
還是說要充完馬上用之類的
可是行動電源照理來說不會漏
Q2:還是我充不到8小時就拔了@@?
Q3:那請問12000Mah的要充多久才會激活
Q4:我是否買到瑕疵品了而我也不敢拆開來看裡面
因為不怎麼好開
PS.是中國製造
