請問無號碼來電有辦法回撥嗎?

事情是這樣的,我的手機以前常常接到詐騙電話,就是來電後被接通就馬上掛斷那種,這種都是讓你回撥賺高額通話費或是酒店小姐詐騙的,但以前接到這種電話都會顯示出對方的電話號碼

但最近我接到的接起就掛斷電話卻都是無號碼的,因為我怕回撥被騙電話費所以我遇到這種電話都是不回撥的

可是現在接到這種無號碼電話讓我覺得很奇怪,我以為無號碼電話應該是沒辦法回撥的,既然無法回撥那就不可能是詐騙電話

但想想我也不太確定無號碼電話是不是真的無法回撥,我又不想回撥來確認

所以想請問大家手機接到無號碼來電時有沒有辦法回撥過去呢?
