故宮回應 消合社參與投標並無違法

民進黨立委林佳龍4日上午開記者會表示，國立故宮博物院消費合作社日前取得故宮「餐飲服務」優先議價權，消合社承攬代辦業務違法，要求故宮在檢調釐清疑義前，暫停相關議價作業。

對此，故宮表示，故宮消合社係依合作社法成立之「法人」，屬政府採購法第8條所稱廠商之一，故宮無權禁止任何一家合法廠商參與投標。

故宮表示，附設餐飲服務委託經營管理案計有2家廠商投標。故宮依法聘請外部委員組成評選委員會。經綜合評分，故宮博物院員工消費合作社為第1優勝廠商；台北農產運銷股份有限公司為第2要優勝廠商。
