還不出錢怒殺債主棄屍 男二審判無期

新北市一名男子借錢後想延遲還錢，今年初到桃園的債主家提出要求，但因為對方不答應，雙方爆發口角，男子竟持刀刺死債主後棄屍，然後再盜賣債主家的物品。台灣高等法院今天判處男子無期徒刑。

判決書指出，現年32歲的楊姓男子因急需用錢，去年底跟姐姐的前男友張姓男子借款十萬，今年初，楊姓男子跑到張姓男子桃園大園鄉的住處要求延長還款期限被拒絕，他竟隨手拿起水果刀與小型軍刀猛刺對方，導致張姓男子大量出血死亡。案發後，楊姓男子為避免屍體被發現，傍晚開車將屍體載到新北市林口的山區丟棄，隔天又再度回到死者家裡，將塑膠廢料、粉碎機等盜賣，得手五萬七千元。屍體八天後被路人發現，才揭露這起殺人案。

一審期間，楊姓男子坦承犯行，法院今年五月以殺人、遺棄屍體等罪判處無期徒刑、褫奪公權終身。案件上訴二審後，經台灣高等法院審理後，合議庭以殺人罪，判處楊姓男子無期徒刑、褫奪公權終身。全案可上訴。
