聯想集團傳9月啟動裁員 比例10至15

大陸央廣網經濟之聲「天下公司」報導晚間報導，有聯想員工透露，聯想9月將啟動裁員，比例將達到10%到15%。

一名聯想員工表示，消息從這個月開始，但是具體還沒有聽說身邊人有被裁，應該是人力資源有這樣的決策，比例出來了，但是具體會裁誰，可能要看上面每個老闆的安排。

也有聯想員工認為公司現在氣氛還好，從業務角度來看，每個人的工作量都沒有閒到被裁的程度；確實有業務量不飽和，可能會比較擔心；而且聯想在業內的工資並不高，所以也有人對於裁員保持平常心態，如果被裁掉只要按照法律程序。

聯想CEO楊元慶日前才拿出自己的300萬美元（新台幣8,930萬元）給基層員工做為獎勵。
