w7 視窗重複開啟問題

如題

在桌面的東西都會重複開啟例如skype GGC或RC

登入後關閉視窗會縮小到右下角隱藏圖示那邊

但是在點桌面上或是工作列表上一樣的軟體他又會跳出新的視窗

就會等於開兩個一樣的視窗

有方法可以讓他不多開嗎

就是點桌面或是點程式他會直接跳出來這樣....不用再開新的
