記憶體該選哪種?

我是電腦白癡..... 記憶體目前是2GB(實際可用1.75GB) 我想要加到4GB!
由於打LOL都不順暢= = 低特效還是有點不順FPS30~10
主機板 System Product Name

可以的話能幫忙直接附上網購的網址嗎!!這樣買回來直接
