日本打工度假回國前問題

請教各位：

關於回國前到區役所辦理住址轉出的問題以及取消健保。

我想要利用剩下１個月的時間到東京玩一個月之後直接回國。

我目前住在大阪，那這樣的手續流程有確切的講法嗎？

我該如何和區役所的人說？

是住所転出？保険取消？

那麼在留卡呢？有什麼流程嗎？
