怒變割包皮招牌　黃曉明控醫院侵權討150萬

又有明星採取法律行動維護肖像權。黃曉明控告北京東晟門診部，稱其出版的雜誌《東晟靚麗》，擅自使用他的照片，宣傳「治包皮」療程，含有「治包皮包莖，到東晟」、「韓式微創無痛包皮術，小手術也要做精細」等字眼。

據《法治晚報》，黃曉明方面控訴，該雜誌中明顯寫上企業名稱、醫療介紹及聯繫方法等，商業用途明顯，侵犯他的肖像權，且讓讀者產生誤會，以為黃曉明與「治包皮包莖」手術有關，有損他的名譽，因此要求東晟收回並銷毀該侵權雜誌、登報道歉，同時估計索賠30多萬人民幣（約150萬元台幣）。目前該案在審理中。（吳惠菁／綜合報導）
