一大早看到自家隔壁馬路被劃分"私有地小心駕駛"可以這樣做嗎?

前提是:
這個劃地的住戶常被這社區檢舉說:把車子或回收物品放在這三角路口，

但每當警察來後，這個住戶就會拿權狀(土地劃分圖)給警察看，說這是私有土地，

但我知道的是這私有土地並不是他們一家擁有,而是他們那1到4樓住戶的（其他住戶不想跟他吵吧）,

就讓它隨意擺放自已的私家車跟回收物品.....

但越來越嚴重，現在連柏油路都畫線了，改天會不會隔起來不讓任何人通行。
