許梓桑古宅將變身文創園區

位於愛四路的歷史建築「許梓桑古宅」已有八十多年歷史，因久無人居形同廢墟；基隆青年陣線的一群年輕人，去年起利用假日不定期前往整理，小英之友會秘書長張錦煌市議員昨（七日）邀請市府相關單位現場會勘，市議員游祥耀、林明智也都到場關心；決議由文化局與環保局協助清理，小英之友會認養以保護公有財。並計劃在年底前以文創或藝文園地舉辦市集，吸引更多人重視歷史建物，開創在地文化。
