公司電話不會響鈴，該如何設定

公司電話使用的是東訊商務電話DX616
今天突然發現各線來電會閃燈，卻沒有任何鈴響該如何解決？
(平常負責電話設定的廠商，一直連絡不上)

螢幕顯示如下：
DEC.　24　WED　19:06
　　　　　　CID　N　11

(感覺上跟螢幕上的N有關)

而上網搜尋手冊也沒特別寫到這個狀況
