小弟最近power有點問題

小弟最近電源供應器有點問題..一顆好的HDD拔到另一台電腦
發現無法讀取到HDD,,HDD還一直發出..度度度..的聲音
結果買一台測試POWER的測試結果如圖

請問顯示這樣POWER是否正常
