JAL 刷卡訂票問題

請問一下小妹不久前在JAL定往日本的機票, 用信用卡刷卡付款的,
然後去信用卡網站上查詢確實有三筆JAL刷卡紀錄(我定三個人,15000*3=45000),
但是最近發現信用卡不能刷了, 打電話去信用卡的公司查詢
信用卡公司說我信用卡已經超額了, 但是我在網路上查詢我消費金額還未達超額的標準
繼續問之後, 信用卡公司說除了我在網路上面查的那三筆JAL金額(15000*3),
後面還有一筆也是JAL的(45000),就是因為這關係讓我超額,
但是這45000是我在網路上查不到的, 申請時間卻是同一天
請問有人有碰過這狀況嗎?
我確定我沒重複訂票這是重複扣款嗎?
