每3個月入境日本ok 嗎?

可不可以就不知道, 沒去查證

如果我是海關, 我絕對會懷疑你沒有商務或留學簽証下以旅客身份非法在日本本土從事工作活動
最少會對你問長問短~ 否則解釋不能你為何需要這樣待在日本, 也可能拒絕你入境

可以考慮申請正式的長期滯留簽証, 至於各種簽証申請條件就自行查資料了
