天價簡報男子機上傳檔付3.5萬

（中央社記者蔡和穎台北15日電）比搭飛機遇到亂流更令人驚嚇的事，可能是下飛機收到一張新台幣3.5萬元的上網帳單。

英國每日郵報（Daily MAil）網站報導，一名加拿大籍男子12日從倫敦搭乘新加坡航空班機飛往新加坡，他使用機上上網服務傳輸一份4MB的工作簡報檔、一封向同事確認簡報檔的電子郵件，以及點選影片未成功觀賞的行為，讓他下飛機後收到了一張1171美元（相當於新台幣3萬5000元）的帳單。

這名叫做古什（Jeremy Gutsche）的乘客，在他擔任執行長的網站「Trend Hunter」發文抱怨，他花30美元購買上網方案，最後額外付了1100多美元，「希望我的團隊會喜歡這份花了我100美元上傳的簡報檔」，他傳完簡報檔後，寫信給同事提醒檔案可能傳輸較慢，這封信的代價是10美元。

新加坡航空告訴每日郵報，同時官網上也載明，機上上網計費方式依設備供應商的不同，可能採「計量制」或「計時制」，計量制10MB為9.99美元，計時制每小時11.95美元。

國籍航空業者指出，國際航空公司空中上網普遍採取計時制，採計量制的非常少見，只要採計時制，一般不必擔心被額外收費。

中華航空和長榮航空機上使用的設備為Panasonic系統，都採計時制，可傳圖片、簡訊、電子郵件等，頻寬有限，無法看影片、視訊及網路電話，付費方式採先買後用，時間到即停止連線，不另外計費。

華航777-300ER機上提供上網服務，分為1小時（11.95美元）、3小時（16.95美元）和24小時（21.95美元）3種付費方案；長榮則分為1小時或24小時上網兩種方案，費用與華航相同。1031115
