關於手機綁約的問題（品質是否會受到影響？

最近我想換一支智慧型手機
但因為預算考量
所以聽說去電信行綁約買會比較便宜
但是我很擔心這樣他們電信業者給我的手機品質會不會很爛？
比如說用過才發現有小瑕疵之類的

因為我媽媽之前買了Samsung mega的綁約手機
但在家裡使用和我的相比之下收訊差、而且常常會當機
需要重開機才會好
我就很擔心綁約的手機比較便宜，但是否品質就會偷偷給較差的給我們？
