高市府要求三倍奉還　正義：無能為力

台北市府要求頂新集團旗下的德克士炸雞和布列德麵包，有用到正義油商品，除原價退返外，另要賠償消費者原價的3倍，再加500元的補償金，高雄市府消保處本周一也要求高雄正義廠比照上述方案，給購買2.4公升包裝的維力清香油消費者，正義今回覆無能為力，每罐願給260元，高雄市府也回覆「不接受」。
 
高雄市府消保室主任消保官殷茂乾表示，經查高市並無德克士炸雞和布列德麵包分店，但有許多民眾購買2.4公升包裝的維力清香油，因此在本周一要求正義比照上述台北市府所提賠償案，今正義正式回覆，因能力有限，願適當補償消費者，以維力清香油市價每罐200元為例，願退給消費油品原價外，再加60元補償金，也就是每罐260元。
 
殷茂乾表示，無法接受正義所提方案，已要正義重新研議比照台北市府除原價退返外，另要賠償消費者原價的3倍，再加500元的補償金，並令下周三前答覆，若屆時正義仍無誠意解決此事，不排除協助消費者對正義提出團體訴訟，來討回公道。（吳慧芬／高雄報導）
