標題[問題] 學專轉全能平板要違約金？

我目前方案是學專591、無購機約，剛剛前往中華直營門市要辦理全能平板方案，並表示要先辦3G再轉4G，但門市人員說我需要付違約金約$2000才能解約學專換平板方案，但我打給語音客服，客服說我是可以不用付違約金，但客服又說如果門市說要付違約金就以門市為準。請問我是否有搞錯什麼？因為我爬文看到都是無購機約可以免違約金，但小公司卻有兩種說法。請各位大大幫忙指點迷津解惑，謝謝。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 42.74.196.206 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/MobileComm/M.1412410115.A.6C6.html
