高市前鎮區竹南里里長參選人蔡萬春今天說，氣爆災區有天然氣管線回填，市長陳菊承諾何在？市府說，是民生管線。

蔡萬春下午與陳姓里民找媒體到家門前一心路氣爆道路重建工地，直指道路兩旁有來自永安區的天然管線正在回填施工；市府工務局新建工程處也派員到場了解。

蔡萬春說，陳姓民眾連日來在家門前發現有管線回填工程正在進行，經向市府反映，市府卻淡淡回應這是天然氣管線並非石化管線，令居民很不是滋味。

他並質疑陳菊宣示氣爆災區不回填石化管線的承諾何在？

市府工務局代理局長鐘萬順受訪則說，陳菊宣示災區不回填的石化管線，包括中油的乙烯、榮化的丙烯，還有在三多路中油所屬的苯等管線，都已廢除挖路許可。

他指出，至於一心路的天然氣管，依天然氣事業法是可以使用道路的，且是民生管線，並非石化管線。(中央社)
