消費時間：2014年/9月 Blog:http://misssiataipei.blogspot.tw/2014/09/blog-post_29.html 來到台南，一定會喝碗牛肉湯。 牛肉湯的店家極多，網路上有台南牛肉湯的比較表格， 可以說人人都有心中的一碗牛肉湯（笑） 幾次旅行下來也喝了好幾家，實在很喜歡台灣本地新鮮牛肉的鮮韌甜， 和常見美澳牛肉口感相當不同。 這次，時間剛好碰上位在赤崁樓旁的石精臼牛肉湯的營業時間， 對，到台南喝牛肉湯一定要先查好前往店家的營業時間，以免撲空。 石精臼牛肉湯則是從晚餐時間一直營業到隔天中午。 牛肉湯($100)，老闆熟練地將牛肉放入竹簍快速涮了三兩下， 就放入碗中配上牛高湯上桌。 碗中依舊透著粉色的肉片，入口相當鮮嫩且不膻，湯頭則清香恬淡。 個人很喜歡台南小吃的份量，小而精緻， 且許多老店們並不追逐平價量大卻不見得用心的食物。 對旅客來說，則可以因份量小，留胃繼續嘗試其它小吃。 Add:台南市民族路2段246號 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 1.171.60.94 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Food/M.1412070492.A.594.html
