《Reuters》報導，國際原油價格今日在強勢美元與供應充足影響下，盤中震盪，最後接近平盤作收。

儘管目前內戰持續進行，中東產油國利比亞原油輸出量仍增加到每日 92 萬 5000 桶，境內最大油田貢獻其中 20 萬桶，並未受到戰火影響。

利比亞官員表示，境內東部哈里加油港過去八個月來受抗議群眾影響，被迫關閉，目前已經正式重新啟用，每日原油輸出量高達 12 萬桶，原油供應量越來越穩定。

目前全球各國經濟表現均不理想，在此情況下，強勢美元影響所有以美元計價之大宗商品價格，更影響各國對於大宗商品之需求，其中歐元區與中國影響最大，油價短期之內可能沒有太大的表現。

11 月美國輕原油期貨下跌 0.38 美元，或 -0.41%，來到每桶 92.42 美元。

11 月布蘭特原油期貨上漲 0.02 美元，或 0.02%，來到每桶 96.97 美元。
