台灣年吃22億顆胃藥　相當6千多座101大樓

民眾生活壓力大、暴飲暴食，常引起胃部不適，而吃胃藥緩解。但衛生福利部食品藥物管理署依寰宇藥品（IMS）資料顯示，去年台灣民眾竟吃掉超過22億顆胃藥，其中制酸劑藥品高達逾17億顆，以單顆藥品厚度0.2公分計算，民眾一年服用制酸劑疊起來高度，約有6693座台北101大樓。衛福部表示，長期服用胃藥，恐致胃酸減少，影響胃腸健康。
 
衛福食藥署藥品組副組長戴雪表示，今年8月進行「全國性制酸劑（胃藥）用藥行為調查」，調查發現，近2成受訪者在最近3個月內至少服用1次以上的胃藥，且當民眾就醫時，有高達約2成7會要求醫師開立胃藥，盼減少胃部傷害，其中以40到59歲民眾要求開立胃藥比例更高達3成5，但約有7成民眾並不知道長期服用胃藥，恐影響胃腸健康，該調查電話訪問20歲以上，共1072人。（沈能元／台北報導）
