俄擬立法　擴大禁止公務員擁海外帳戶

俄羅斯國家23日一讀通過由總統普丁提交的法律草案，禁止負責國家安全的公務員在國外擁有存款和開設帳戶。 　　

俄國現有法律禁止國家官員、兩院議員、央行和國有公司員工在境外的外國銀行擁有存款和開設帳戶、保存現金和貴重物品、擁有和使用外國金融工具。

普丁的立法動議要求將上述禁令適用範圍擴大到參與起草涉及俄國主權和國家安全問題決議的國家公務員。這項法律草案同時規定，如果上述人員在申報期內購買不動產、交通工具、有價證券及股票交易總額，超過本人及配偶本申告期之前3年內總收入，應該提交本人以及配偶和未成年子女的開支資訊。該法律草案一旦通過，將從2015年1月1日起生效。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
