國際特赦組織：中國出口酷刑裝備

國際特赦組織（Amnesty International）今天發表報告指控，中國生產及出口的部分警察裝備，包括電棍、連接頸及腕部的鏈扣，被用於酷刑，是侵犯人權行為。

報告指出，中國目前有超過130家企業生產電擊棒、尖刺棒、腳鐐和其他「有潛在危險的執法設備」，比10年前的28間大幅增加3.5倍。報告並要求中國，禁止生產及出口幾種類型工具，特別避免輸出去一些人權記錄較差的國家，例如柬埔寨、尼泊爾、埃及、烏干達等。（國際中心／綜合外電報導）
