警查獲車手集團 逮7人送辦

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中13日電）台中市警方破獲曾姓男子詐欺車手集團，曾男涉嫌吸收少年出面提領詐欺案件被害人所匯款項，被害人多達50人以上。

台中市政府警察局刑警大隊偵五隊表示，曾男涉嫌吸收未成年少年充當「車手」，與詐騙集團合作，依指示前往ATM提領詐欺被害人所匯款項，分得3%作為佣金，其餘贓款交給曾男等人處理。

警方調查，詐欺集團打電話向網路購物客戶，詐稱「ATM操作錯誤重複扣款」，要求匯款進入指定人頭帳戶，再由曾男指揮手下分赴各提款機提領贓款。

偵五隊表示，曾男車手集團自今年3月開始運作，被害人累超過50人以上，得手金額達新台幣500萬元。警方昨天於大台中地區同步搜索，逮捕曾嫌在內7人，其中有4名青少年，訊後依詐欺等罪嫌移送台中地檢署偵辦。1030913
