英國肯特郡（Kent）26歲新手爸爸佛格森（Al Ferguson）請來專業攝影師，拍下和出生四天的兒子泰德（Ted）的父子照，紀念成為父親的珍貴畫面。而當佛格森用雙手輕輕捧著泰迪，露出最溫柔的微笑時，突然察覺兒子的下腹有些異樣，還來不及反應，「一坨」悲劇殘忍噴出。

據英國《都市報》（Metro）報導，佛格森為了紀念家庭新成員的誕生，特別邀請攝影師到家中拍照。佛格森輕捧著未著衣物的泰德，眼神流露出初為人父的驕傲神采，和對兒子的珍愛，而小小泰德則在父親懷中安心熟睡。不過正當攝影師要按下快門前刻，泰德竟預備好姿勢，毫不留情地在父親手上「釋放」出來，還伴隨著相當幸福舒爽的表情。

這個「噴屎」瞬間全被攝影師捕捉下來，並以經典黑白的藝術風格呈現。佛格森表示：「爆發前一刻，我有感覺到他的腸胃在蠕動，不過根本來不及反應他就…。」佛格森還說，除了他的手，一旁的地毯也遭殃，攝影師之後還拿出尿布替泰德包上，繼續拍照。而泰德的母親目睹整個過程，在一旁笑到無法自拔。
