日本料理~玉子粉?

再用於炸豬排時

一般的炸豬排過程是豬肉先上麵粉，在上蛋汁，最後黏上麵包粉

之前有使用過一種叫做日本玉子粉，他省略了(麵粉→蛋汁)的步驟

他調出來的是略帶黃色的粉漿

想請問是否有沒有類似"玉子粉"的替代品或者有好心人可以提供調配方法?
