烤燈+電熱毯燙傷嬰　護理員：診所SOP

新北市新莊樂寶兒婦幼診所因涉違規使用電熱毯，致初生女嬰彭小妹下半身遭燙傷起水泡，1名護理人員遭停業處分。遭懲處護理人員向新北市衛生局供稱，「先烤燈再包電熱毯是診所規定的SOP（標準流程）。」
 
新北市衛生局調查，認為該護理人員使用烤燈後未測量嬰兒體溫是否回溫，僅用使觸碰嬰兒胸部後，隨即使用電熱毯並造成燙傷，將分別依《護理人員法》、《醫療法》懲處護理人員及診所。
 
對於衛生局懲處，目前仍未獲樂寶兒婦幼診所即遭懲處護理人員回應。（陳威叡／新北報導）
