楠梓煉油總廠將於105年停工, 煉油總廠宿舍土地(緊鄰世運站, 油廠國小站, 加工區站; 當時是政府低價出租給中油)將被政府收回, 政府應該會把這些土地標售出去, 這些地方空氣變好, 交通便利且有全國最大的都會公園, 楠梓煉油總廠停工後的世運站, 油廠國小站, 加工區站, 後勁站, 都會公園站及青埔站, 甚至於鄰近且最近很火熱的高大特區及土庫應該會成下一波高雄房市的炒作地區.
