日前民進黨立院黨團於5月底會期結束前最後一天舉辦黨團大會，改選通過新任的黨團三長人選。六月後，民進黨黨團三長將交由蔡其昌擔任幹事長，蕭美琴接任書記長，黨鞭總召仍維持由柯建銘擔負重責大任。

隨著蔡英文接任民進黨主席後，民進黨人事有些許調整，除了立院黨團三長改選外，民進黨政策會執行長交由段宜康接掌。民進黨秘書長也由前駐美代表吳釗燮擔任、政策會首席副執行長則由黃重諺、政策會副執行長由何佩珊擔任相關重要職務。

另外，新任黨團幹事長蔡其昌也在今（4）日接任民進黨中常委一職。
