輸錢又被消遣　砍傷對方判3年6月

新北市蕭姓男子今年初與陳姓鄰居玩骰子，輸了身上僅有的1千元後，陳又載蕭回家拿了1萬元的工資翻本，結果全部輸光光，隨後，前往陳家飲酒、聊天，蕭男想 到稍早輸錢一事，愈想愈不甘願，幾杯黃湯下肚後，便與陳男起口角爭執，陳用台語說「你娘回來」謾罵他，接著在數鈔票，看贏了多少錢。

此舉，更激怒了蕭男， 跑到廚房內拿出菜刀，往陳男頭、頸部砍了2刀，致陳男耳後及後頸部，各有長、寬約7公分傷勢，幸好被在場的陳男堂弟將菜刀奪下，送醫後沒有生命危險。

檢方依殺人未遂罪嫌起訴，法官認為2人無深仇大恨，只因賭債及口角糾紛，就對要害部位下重手，雖以25萬元和解，但尚未履行，判處有期徒刑3年6月。（蔡進男／基隆報導
