電子商務成長 行動裝置有功

（法新社華盛頓12日電） 美國弗雷斯特研究公司（Forrester Research Inc.）調查指出，美國網路零售銷售今年可望成長至2940億美元，總額近1/3透過行動裝置下單。

弗雷斯特表示，自2013年至2018年，網路銷售會以9.5%的速度成長，使得網路銷售總額來到4140億美元，或總零售銷售的11%。

根據弗雷斯特，透過手機或平板下單的行動商務，今年可望達870億美元。

研究分析師穆普盧（Sucharita Mulpuru）說：「網路提供的產品種類多得讓人眼花撩亂，而且價格和實體店面相當，通常還更低。網路服務全年不間斷，往往還免運費。」

不過她也說，電子商務的成長，不代表傳統零售業已一命嗚呼。
