景氣好　台經院上調今年GDP至3.23%

受惠國際經濟情勢復甦，台經院今公告全年經濟成長預測為3.23%，較前次公告3.17%上調0.06個百分點，為本土智庫中對今年前景最為看好的機構。

台經院景氣預測中心主任孫明德表示，美、日、中等主要經濟國沒有通貨緊縮問題，國際經濟情勢表現復甦，貿易差強人意，進口資本設備、民間投資第1季仍正向成長，失業率快低於4%，仍有向上成長的空間。由於3月台幣匯價先升後貶，衡酌國內外經濟情勢後，估計今年台幣匯價維持30.48元。

至於主要經濟預測風險，台經院認為以人民幣走貶侵蝕存款利息收益，恐將引發亞洲地區資金移動、3月物價波動、歐洲地區通貨緊縮等。（陳瑩欣／台北報導）
