廚具修改人造石抬面切割問題

因為最近想買洗碗機,加上我的廚具是一字型的,但瓦斯爐比較突出來,跟水槽不是一直線,所以想做修改,不知道人造石抬面可否切割後再接上?
如果要做這種修改工程要誰做?
能把目前底下的廚櫃挖掉塞洗碗機進去嗎?
