3男女偷天換日　詐老榮民血汗錢

曹姓女子（52歲）、陳姓男子（39歲）、高姓男子（29歲）等人共組詐騙集團，專挑獨居老人或老榮民下手。前年12月，曹、陳２人到桃園縣龍潭鄉沈姓老榮民家中，佯稱是退輔會派來的醫護人員，先為沈量血壓和驗血後，佯稱日後將發放醫療補助等，騙取他拿出郵局存摺和印章，趁他不備時，蓋印在事先準備好的提款單上，再以另外偷來的郵局存摺調包，由在外接應的高男前往郵局提領10萬元現金得逞，桃園地檢署今依偽造文書等罪嫌將3人提起公訴。（張沛森／桃園報導）
