【更新】小孬孬住處遭肉搜　警發起路過他家

台大學生洪崇晏包圍中正一分局被網友幹爆，他的臉書更遭謾罵留言灌爆。有網友發現，任職於新北市金山分局莊姓警員，在臉書上發起「肉搜洪崇晏 路過他老家」活動，目前已有470人參加。

40歲的警員莊翼飛表示，自己是在今日凌晨上網成立的活動，因為覺得這次的群眾運動警方實在是很委屈，加上自己許多同事在執行這次任務時都因公受傷，至於有網友表示有觸犯個資法，莊姓警員表示，自己是轉貼網路上的資料，並沒有使用到警方任何的資源。金山分局長余瑞豐表示，這個網路上的活動已經撤除，對於莊員這次的舉動會對他做出適當的懲處。（戴之聖／台北報導）
