玩LOL FPS不穩 舊電腦升級

最近打LOL~FPS都會不穩 電腦重灌任然有相同問題(只單純開英雄聯盟)
搜尋任何改善FPS方法都試過~現在已升級電腦玩主
電腦是3年前電腦~目前想要升級到掛網路遊戲(天X)然後開LOL玩 可以順暢
請神人推薦CP值高的給我參考更換 最好的我給20點 麻煩了

顯示卡:NVIDIA GEFORCE 9800 GT 省電板

處理器:AMD ATHLON(tm)ll x4 630 processor (AM3)

記憶體:6G

電源供應器: 430W 80PLUS

另外請問網路速度會影響FPS嗎~小弟知道會影響PING
但FPS會影響嗎???
