【苦勞網】王家失地 尋制度改革

【苦勞網記者王顥中／台北報導】士林文林苑都更案不同意戶王家的抗爭，自北市府介入強拆後至今即將滿2年。3月14日上午擁有王家土地2/3產權的王耀德選擇自拆組合屋後，擁有剩下1/3產權的父親王廣樹與部分其餘王家成員，持續留待現場過了一夜，直到今日下午，樂揚建設已將工區淨空，開始進行工程。下午，數名王家成員共同召開記者會，向都市更新受害者聯盟及所有的支持者致謝，並宣佈過去兩年來的佔地抗爭戰暫一段落；王廣樹說，王家只是一起很小的案件，但是不公不義所以社會關注，未來的路怎麼走還不確定，但會繼續法律訴訟，並尋求修法等制度上的改革。（閱讀更多）
