非法入侵住宅(學生租屋糾紛)

請問一下各位
我和朋友在外面租屋
因為隔音設備差所以有吵到樓下住戶(房東大伯土地共有人)
經過他們的勸誡我們已經慢慢改了

可是最近一個月內
他突然衝上來進入我們房間
然後拿球棒開始砸
之後房東找我們和對方和解
過程中對方態度踩得很硬好像完全都是我們的錯
對於他砸東西這件事他說純粹是洩憤、抒發情緒
然後堅持不賠償
這一段對話約20分鐘我們有錄音下來損壞的物品也已經拍照了

然後他今天又未經我們同意直接闖進來
對我們的電腦螢幕動手動腳
然後甚至還推人
最後還恐嚇我們說他每天早上3點 6點要上來鬧
還說要找警察來找教官來
可是卻連他自己都不敢叫

請問他這樣的情況我們可以告他什麼條例嗎?
對於他推人的舉動我們可以自衛嗎?
如果以之前的錄音來報警的話
可行性高嗎?
