進口冷凍雞肉混充國產？　農委會突襲賣場

為杜絕量販、超市等通路業者，用解凍的進口冷凍雞肉混充國產雞肉取價差，農委會要求8大通路本月起，在賣場清楚標示經解凍的進口冷凍雞肉，但由於仍有通路未依照規定標示，農委會下午將派員突襲賣場，進行稽查。

農委會畜牧處說，下午突襲時若發現業者未依規定，清楚標示是「進口解凍肉」還是「國產解凍肉」 ，將開出勸導書限期改正之外，另會現場抽樣帶回檢驗，一旦發現有業者以解凍後的進口冷凍雞肉混充為國產雞肉，除依《消保法》規定，懲處6萬至150萬元外，還可依《食管法》規定，以摻偽不實最重可懲處業者1500萬元。(戴安瑋／台北報導)
