我要在大陸買種子，進口到台灣！
沒做任何申請，沒有任何檢驗，直接寄來台會怎樣嗎？

因大陸種子商說直接寄快遞（中通快遞），小三通就可以來台灣了！
是這樣嗎？
種子商還說去年也有寄快遞來台灣的種子，都沒有被查扣，叫我放心！
是這樣嗎？

海關是全部包裹都會拆開看嗎？
還是隨機的？

如要合法進口我要如何申請？
還是需要找報關公司代辦呢？

我要進（南非龜甲龍種子，200粒）
