請問要多久，手機才會收到有關繳費代碼的簡訊？一直沒收到　ＱＱ
手機號碼確認過了，是正確的

網站是有附註：
若無法收到簡訊是因為您有向電信公司設定不收廣告簡訊，請再向電信公司取消此設定即可收到。若下單同時手機訊號差也有可能造成無法收到簡訊代碼的。

但我不記得自己有申請過，請問要怎麼確認是我這邊的問題（擋住它了），還是網站寄發簡訊的問題？
如果是爽購的問題，那請問是要重下一筆訂單嗎？
