【短片】機車雙載衝溝渠　後座女童命危

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】宜蘭冬山鄉昨晚8時許發生一起交通意外，一對施姓父女騎車雙載行經群英路時，不慎撞上路旁的交通標誌，2人摔飛至路旁灌溉溝渠，後座6歲女兒一度失去生命跡象，緊急送醫急救後仍在加護病房觀察。

警方調查，29歲施男騎車撞上對向車道的交通標示牌，2人雙雙掉入水深40公分寬1.8公尺寬的灌溉溝渠，後座女童疑似因溺水導致無生命跡象，救護車抵達後立即將女童送醫,目前警方正在釐清車禍發生原因。
