楊乃文新歌MV引起回響，由張震嶽譜曲的最新主打《未接來電》更是引起熱議，同時也受到大批歌迷喜愛。歌曲深刻描寫出失戀男女心事，楊乃文在MV分飾兩角，意外流露出充滿女性風情的那面。

楊乃文新專輯【ZERO】20日發行，其中《未接來電》最受粉絲青睞，MV邀來新銳導演香菇執導，她同時扮演等待的女人及觀察者。一個她表現溫柔性感及強悍俐落的矛盾拉扯感，另一個自己則冷靜觀察心境變化，雙面人格點出面對戀情結束後的無奈感。

看完初剪後，楊乃文笑說：「好多我喔！好自戀，改名叫自戀曲好了。」工作人員則認為楊乃文在MV中變得好女人，《未接來電》MV已在楊乃文Youtube官方頻道播出。而她1月4、11日有北南2場演唱會，歌迷憑票根能兌換專屬限量海報一張。
