【陳偉周／基隆報導】「百萬人廢核四環島接力行腳」今天上午9時許，來到基隆黃色小鴨前，約20名反核民眾大聲呼喊口號「要鴨蛋，不要核彈」、「歡迎小鴨，不要核電」、「要幸褔，不要危險核電」。警方也在一旁戒備，但反核民眾僅理性呼喊訴求，所以目前未有衝突產生。
