請問行動電源轉換率？

我買了行動電源標示22000MAH，轉換率27%，實際輸出6000MAH
但在買後發現更改為10000MAH，轉換率60%，實劑輸出6000MAH

我實際拿到後才發現商品是10000MAH，
我的交易記錄還是22000MAH，但進入網頁就更改為10000MAH了，
我想請問的是，這明明是同一款行動電源，輸出真的是6000MAH嗎？
別家店也是寫20000MAH。

有人反應根本不到6000MAH，只能充一次，但因為無法得知是哪款手機所以也無法證實。
